Something that can supply a sure victory when revealed.
Origin
This originates from the game of poker, where a card dealt face down and kept hidden is called a 'hole card', the most propitious card being the ace.
In saying "I'm your ace in the hole," the speaker is identifying himself as a a secret trump card, while hinting that he feels more like a "chump" card, and implores the "you" to win early and without having to rely on the secret weapon that can be counted on when all else fails.
